Ok so I decided to have a little challenge. This month I did not play much at all and to be honest the reason is that another 100nl shot went wrong for like for the 10th time in my life and this frustrates me a lot. I started playing poker full time and 100nl just has to be beat for it to be worth it for me. I always told myself that it is fine if it doesnt work out but I should atleast try seriously so that I will not think when I am 40 with a mortgage and crying kids "what if i just worked more efficient". Clearly things have to change and I already took two steps.

1. Analyse my own database just like I review databases of guys playing like 10nl if I help them. This may sound like an obvious thing which I should have done much earlier and I think this was a mindset problem of not wanting to see how bad my ranges are constructed in many spots. I did write them all down 1 by 1 and I started with the first one of not 3betting enough two spots. I did print out those ranges and will use them untill I feel I get them.n

2. Get an elite RIO membership. Zaza becoming a coach made me get the membership and so far I am happy with it. I will watch every video that comes out that I think is relevant for me. One thing I have to improve is to focus on my weak areas that I identified and not leakfind the coach so to speak. If I think a spot has to be played the way I think is best I ask the coach why he still did it his way. I should shut up more and face my weak points and focus on that. I will try to focus my questions on that too. Promised.

So whats the challenge. Stay platinum star. For this I need to play roughly 23-28k hands. For most people easy game, for me not so much. I will play 8 reg tables tops at a time but mainly 6 so I can focus more on my weak points. If I dont get platinum I will take a friend with me for a nice dinner end of this year. Will also post atleast 1 hand a day that I misplayed. If I like this I might set a new challenge for December but we will see. If I think it increases the chances of beating 100nl I will do it.
