would like to inquire abt staking deals that would help both horse and backer and alignment of incentives. read some on saucestakes and would like to enquire anyone who is clear with the action taking/staking arrangement deals.

Traditionally i had a deal with a friend involving 50% cash outs of profits but am thinking of making it x% staking, y% action sharing.

Action with staking example of 50% staking, 30% of own action

For example, if horse wins 100k, horse would win 30k of his own action, and (0.5*70k) of the remaining action for total of 65k profit. This is opposed to the traditional 50k that he would win under a full stake.

conversely, if horse loses 100k, horse would lose 30k of his own action, staker loses 70k of action.

Thoughts on this anyone, and anyone with better ideas, pls do not hesitate to chime in.
