I was not playing @ PS => I wasn't paying attention on withdrawal topics from last 1 year ( I play @ Party/FTP mostly)

At PokerStars I have account in USD ($), but when I deposit - I deposit in EUR as it is default for European Union Counties
(my country is a part of EU). I made some money there and would like to withdraw it.

Q1 How can I avoid any fees, if possible ?
Q2 Can I Xfer money to FTP and then withdraw from FTP w/o any fees?
Q3 I don't have no more any VISA credit card (closed it recently) - is there any wire bank Xfer possibility @ PS/FTP (to debit/current account likewise @Party: I use there fast bank Xfer - Fee is $10 per withdrawal - it's okay)?
