i wanted to login to RIO but couldn't find the login button.....but eventually found the reason why it wasn't there. my browser was set to width that hid the login button (since i often adjust the size of my browser according to other stuff on my desktop)

narrow width http://i.imgur.com/fQlqF2o.png (shows the button)

small inconvenience but probably an easy fix
