Akira "Clutch Hero" Ohyama began playing poker while attending the College of William and Mary in the US.  When Black Friday hit he returned to Japan, turned pro, and has piled up an impressive $1.2m in cashes in just three years.  Poker has yet to be adopted into mainstream culture in Japan, and as one of his country's top players, Akira considers himself an ambassador of sorts for the game.  The future is bright for Akira and Run It Once is excited to welcome him to the Run It Once Essential MTT team.  His first video is available at:
