Hello everyone! As the new year is approaching I have decided to give some feedback from playing at RIO since the launch at 6. February.

*These are the best things about RIO Poker:

1.- Best customer support with fast responds!
2.- Best community at the Discord and here at RIO.
3.- Great promotions (And its very easy to claim them).
4.- Great looking software, The new lobby looks amazing, big splash animations look great too, and for me its overall one of the best looking poker software’s out there.
5.- I like that I can set up my own stop loss limits, and buy in limits! (This is one of best options! Keep it!)
6.- The anonymous tables are a good idea coz you can download your HH and import them in some trackers to track your results, mybi in the future you can evolve your in game tracker to display some basic information's like vpip, pfr and 3b! (mybi some colums that represent the % of each stat to avoid that some recs might get scare of them)
7.- Combination of STP and Legends rewards are the right step in my opinion!

All that with a 100% first deposit bonus, and a great RB system, fast withdraws are why this is the best site to play at! I played at Pokerstars, Partypoker, William Hill, RedKings and Unibet. RIOP is bay far the best place to play Cash games!

*Some things that I would like you to add to RIO Poker:

1.- The option to set separate limits for PLO and NLH (Obviously you cant use the same BRM).

2.- Id like that you add some kind of rake counter in the lobby so you can track your exact RB result (i.e. when a week ends and you check your results from the previous week you can add the exact % of RB that we earned in that week).

2.1.- And I would like to know the occurrence of STP, what % of the rake generated for STP is reserved for big splashes 100+ bb and small and medium
splashes.

3.- The option to display stacks in bb.

4.- I would personally like that the rake is not more than 5%, 5.75% is a bit too high and nowadays almost every rec player knows of its impact (I know that the net rake is what we should look at but if you could keep the same net rake with some STP adjustments and so lower the rake to 5% it would be better in my opinion).
