Rio deleted my account and lied about paying back my money.
This was 13 days ago and I demand you to pay back the money now. You deleted my account because I critisized you and you have no right to steal my money.

Chill, dude. Banking takes time.
On behalf of the community, should your reimbursement somehow not reach your bank, we members will pass one of Aleks' hats around and collect the money, then send it to you in a pretty, perfumed envelope. And maybe a box of cookies.
o i changed my mind, ill wear a hat with zenfish written on it :)
lol, standard banking with more than 13 days to transfer the money back. Yea right!
if I were a man of logic, I would prolly come to the conclusion that the last thing they wanna do is steal $100 from someone who is just going to create 20 threads about it all over the internet. Im sure theyd gladly pay you an extra $100 just to go away, so if you havent recieved your money yet, im about as positive as is possible that its some kind of error
They probably thought I would never notice. Of course 100 dollars is nothing to them, but it is very obvious that they dislike me and made it personal vs me. They are therefore doing whatever they can to get back at me.
Thing is, when they deleted my account and started the big thread where they lied and said that they had answered my questions in private they also wrote that they already had refunded the money back. They did not write that they planned to do it.
I would suggest from a business point of view that RIO provides this dissatisfied customer with a better service. No matter how you put it or what you think of this persons behavior, remember that he never signed up with RIO and starting paying for your services with an intention of being a bad addition in any way to the community. Look through the emotions, as we are all human it is fairly easy to get stuck into an emotional turmoil where it's hard to get it out, and your just fighting to keep your head above water.
Let's be honest here, we are all here for the same reason, and we are all human and sometimes mess up.
I have been following the discussion a bit and in my personal opinion eventhough this is a great RIO community, RIO is also a business and to me some representatives of RIO behave more as community agents instead of RIO business representatives. Many are often poker players which require a greater detail in analysis, when sometimes you have to step out of that role and just focus on providing the best customer service possible, even with customers who get out of line.
In an ideal world you want to tackle these things before they get out of hand, you don't want your business representatives to call out a customer or criticise a customer or ex-customer in a public forum, even if you are a open forum community in my opinion.
This got out of hand, the person in question is not as bad as you think he is, he is just being human and making mistakes. Same goes for the RIO community and business, we are all just trying to do what we think is the best, but we can all improve!
They sure do act like agents of the forum. Another member created a thread here at Rio asking for advice about if he should spend his last money on a Rio 100 dollars for a month of RIO membership or not. I gave my opinion and recommended him not do it because there are other cheaper good sites. They deleted my post in the same way that they deleted all my posts where I objected to their lies about having answered my questions. Open discussion community. lol
They proabably gonna delete this thread and my posts now too.
Man this pokersite is so messed up it is funny. All the Galfond fanboys are trying to please him but they are just making things worse without even realising it. Galfond agrees to it though, I did not believe that about him.
Please don't bastardize Urjiah Fabers nickname.
This is starting to become too much like fatal attraction.
Run it once contacted me just now and promised to give my money back. Apparently they had not even begun the process because they had just now contacted their payment processor and they thought I would have to wait "a couple of weeks more" before I get my money. I wonder why they posted 2 weeks ago that they already had made the transfer?
Not even an apologise they offered me. Good customer service they have. lol
Very professional done Run it Once!
