Just started having this again. Even though I know this sounds very whiny, I'm probably not going to renew... Paying 100$ and not being able to download videos is something I don't love on its own, and that's without having technical difficulties every few days.

Really wish you would consider adding DRM to allow downloading videos... Great for when you are traveling as well.
