Poker's worst side: Money Tilt

Over the last few years, I am more or less a break even player. I have "generated" about 2500$ live and 2500$ online rake (after rakeback). PLO200 live I played donkeys and lost every 4bet pot possible, resulting in 1800$ < EV. PLO25 I am winning slightly because I'm 25 stacks < EV too. I have not won a single MTT with less than 200 players, donated another 1000$ to "Sunday Millions", never making it ITM.

Still I am about break even as I have a great ROI on 1-5$ MTT's and small stakes grinding.

2 things that put me on long-term tilt about this:
-I pay "rake-taxes" which are 10x higher than my winnings. If I'm running hot some day, some scavengers of the government want some more money. I'm always wondering how no poker players become politically active concerning this brutal exploitation of poker players. The result is that only 5%-10% are winners, which is ****.
This is generally true for people winning cars in the lottery as well, so that they have to pay taxes on it -ridiculous.
(Note that on a regular income I understand the necessity of taxes)

-I need a 20k bankroll to play PLO200 live instead of taking shots or 500$ tournaments with really terrible players (live). The fact than I'm running bad prevents me from playing them (as I only use "poker money").
Not being able to play the stakes I'd like to puts me on tilt.

Grinding it out is definitely a solution, but playing 2 million hands seems just so much :)
