Hi guys, this is my situation...hope you can help me to find a good study/grind plan!

my work routin is this:

3 day i work from 22.00 till 6.00
1 day i pause
3 day i work from 14.00 till 22.00
1 day i pause
3 day i work from 6.00 till 14.00
1 day i pause

we also have to consider that i have to leave home one hour before and we return one hour later, so totally is 10 hours/day when i work

can you suggest me a good plan for poker?

my plan for now is:

play 2/3 hours when i work

study 5/6 hours when i have the free day + some grind if i'm fresh
