It's been almost 2 yrs I consider going to the Netherlands as a pro poker player (until know, I have been residing in France).

I wonder what is the fiscal situation now for a poker player over there. Do earnings have to be declared and not taxed? Or do pros merely stay below the radar, knowing the juridiction seems to be rather in their favor?

All concrete infos very welcome.
