I have the same question as these guys and I've emailed you and sent you a message through the contact us page but didn't receive the customary confirmation that my message has been received. Then I see these posts below dating back 3 months that haven't been answered asking the same question.

I can't use my paypal to pay for my subscription. I was able to 2
months ago but now I have to add a credit card to be able to purchase.

I don't use credit cards and have no intention to, does this mean I
can't stay a member of RIO?
