Paypal declined?
Hello, I am trying to reactivate my subscription to the site, when I try to submit payment I get the following message:
Payment Declined: Funding Instrument In The PayPal Account Was Declined By The Processor Or Bank, Or It Can't Be Used For This Payment
I contacted my bank and they say that there are no blocks on their end and that there is no transaction even showing up for them.
Any idea what the problem might be? Is RIO having any issues with processing payments ATM?
