I have read and heard time and again that it is best to play tight in the beginning, loose in the middle and tight-aggressive in the latter part of the tournaments. What has your experience been playing online? Are there some hard and fast, cut and dry rules of thumb for either making it to the money or to the final table in your opinion? Perhaps this is a very elementary question to be asking, but sometimes I feel that its good to go back and work on the fundamentals to solidify the foundation of game theory
