Have you tried importing the hands first and then copying the text of the hands directly from HEM or PT? I think this may help to put them into a more recognizable format for the converter.
You can also e-mail the hand histories to support@runitonce.com and have them take a look.
slot12 years, 3 months agoI think I've tried everything - copying them directly from HM2, converting them into 10 different formats and still get nothing. I will email them in a moment.
