New beginning or going to the next level

After reading a few post on the forum today I decided that I will restart my poker approach. But for start let me tell you a bit about my self and my poker career.

I started with poker more than 10 years ago, before Moneymaker won the WSOP. I started playing live game in a small "underground" card room. And not long after that I deposited 25$ to Pokerstars. Of course I was loosing at beginning but started to learn about the game and eventually started to make money. After grinding a year or two I lost my whole BR of 2k once when I tilted it off on 2/4 LHE. I rebuilt it again from 50$. A few years later I was playing 400 and 600 NL. I did make money on 400nl but got crushed on 600NL. After this I focused on affiliating and didn't play much. I also didn't work a lot on my sites but everything went smooth, there was a steady monthly income and I was enjoying life to its full potential. I wanted to try something else, be more outside, away from stress and crazy bio-rhythm. I started to organize outdoor festivals with my friends and after small success lost most of my savings. I went to India for six months to reset myself and recover. I decided to go back to poker and start earning money for living. It is worth to mention that I have no occupation or college degree and it is hard to find a job where I live so poker seemed like the best choice. When I got back home I deposited 600€ to iPoker and start grinding 20nl. I quickly noticed that games are much tougher and that there are not many fishes. I was braking even/ slightly loosing with rakeback after 100k hands. I started reading books (let there be range and easy game) and watching videos here on RIO. I moved to bovada and made 1k$ in one month on 25nl and 50nl. The last month I am having bed beats one after another and I am doing all to stay normal and not loose my mind. So this brings us to the present moment.

My ordinary day the last 2 month looks like this: I wake up around 2pm, go out to catch the last hours of sun and do something physical (gardening, bicycle, chi gong, hiking), after this I am back home and slowly start playing poker, I play a session 4-8 hours and go to bed where I watch RIO or just some random movies. I go to sleep around 4AM (yeah usually I sleep around 10 hours otherwise I cant do anything and I am tired all the day). A few times a week I meditate. I try to eat healthy as much as possible, trying to avoid simple carbohydrates, drinking shakes for breakfast regularly (fruits, hemp seeds, spirulina, red reishi, nuts...) and I am a vegetarian one year.

I decided to bring this to a new level a few hours ago so I don't have a clear picture how to handle this yet. So far I am thinking about setting a daily routine and minimums for playing, reviewing hands, posting on forum, watching videos. I also promised myself to ask questions and not to feel shy and succumbed to voice in my head telling me "don't ask that, you will look stupid".

Tell me your experiences and what steps did you take, what would you suggest me to do, where to focus, how to construct my routine, how to write a poker journal. I would like to hear suggestion on all aspects.
