My NLH poker journey
Hello everyone!
Although my account here is a few years old I feel like a brand new user to this forums.
Several years back I used to play FLHE exclusively, but as always good things come to an end and I had to give up my plans to becoming FLHE poker pro, first I weanted to switch to NLH but life verified my plans and I gave up poker till approx Jan 2020.
Since I had approx $20 left on Poker Stars I decided to climb my way up from NL2. At some point my BR dropped to $10 - that's when I decided to give up zoom tables and focus on reg ones. Approx 20k hands later I had a 25BI for NL5, where I took a shot and am playing currently.
Since Jan I am studing Peter's Clarke TGM which I find very good. Not moving fast with the progress there as I try to understand the concepts and then memorise them so they stay with me for a long time.
I've decided to start this Journal and post some free thoughts and updates here.
But don't wait for daily BR updates, I am not checking that myself very often. I rather focus on correct decisions and plays than check my BR after each session.
Anyway, tonight is the night where I plan to check my BR, so I might post an quick update later on.
GL at the tables and may the odds be with you.
