Mathematics of Poker vs Janda vs Tipton (help me decide on a summer curriculum
Hi RIO community!
Background: Have been following online-poker and played sporadically since the boom. Just recently gotten to take it seriously as it has become my number 1 hobby (and i'm quite obsessive over my interests).
I know basic poker-theory (i have read the poker blueprint.. did not care for it much).
I'm playing NLHE 6max, micro-stakes.
I'm going to spend this summer digging deep to get a stronger theoretic background and try to play around 100k hands to apply my newfound knowledge.
I am an elite-member (put 1/3 of my roll on it!)
With this in mind, which of the books in my title would you recommend? I was going to read Jandas book as it seems to be more practical than the other, but then again both Sauce and Lefort seems to mention MOP in every video. :)
I have also read some criticism towards Jandas book because it "simplifies poker too much".
The book of choose will be my study material for the summer together with all of leforts and sauces videos and a few of Galfonds videos. Does this sound like a good plan or would you recommend a different route?
Would love some input, thanks!
(sorry for the long post, i am not a native English speaker)
