Hi, had to create this account bc I can’t access on my original (roundingryan). I sent an email to support, reached out on twitter.

Something similar happened a few weeks ago (around Feb 14 based on pw reset email), where my login info, which is stored in Chrome, suddenly wasn’t recognized when I tried to login (usually my account stays logged in). Previously I was able to reset my password and reaccess the site. However this time I’m not getting any of the pw reset emails, checked som folder. I also tried case sensitive variations of my email/username/password - though Chrome auto login should’ve sufficed/hasn’t changed. Also tried Explorer browser.

My recurring billing date is the 28th based on PayPal/cc transactions, so that shouldn’t be it.

Any help would be appreciated.
