Hi

Does anybody know how an average player can start to learn GTO, understand it's concepts, and construct his own preflop ranges, and other different ranges, in order to play a more mathematical approach of poker? Any books that might help with this, like The Mathematics of Poker, by Chen and Ankenman?

All suggestions are welcomed, since I do not know where to look at the moment.
