Ipad App issues

Hi, I'm a fairly new member (Elite) and am having difficulty with the ipad app. The desktop videos work great but not the tablet (ipad). I have several videos synced up and downloaded. However, only one seems to work. Often, I hit play on the video and app just cuts out with no video played. Has anyone else had this experience and know of a fix?

We pushed an update to the app today to fix a few bugs (could be a few days before it approved and available by Apple). Hopefully this resolves your issues. If this doesn't fix them, please send us an email at support@runitonce.com
