which isnt actually defined in medical field (maybe some form of adhd) where i cant play my a-game for more than 2hours max it doesnt matter if im winning 1000bb every hour i just get bored and play shit

so i have restricted myself to playing max 1-1.5 hr sessions maybe 2 or 3 times a day i dont know know why i do this to myself but i just do

i know it isnt tilt (ive kind of a decent self awareness of my mental game) because i stop my session immediately if i feel like im tilting (sometimes even after 15 mins) this is something different even if im winning mega and biggest fish on the table etc i just become very disinterested in playing

i havent actually gone to the doctor or anything but this is something ive picked up very recently a little history about myself (sorry for tl;dr) but i used to play tourneys and as you all know u dont even break the bubble in the first two hours and i did quite well in them i could sit for 5-6hrs just play proper poker but more recently ive exclusively turned to plo cash and i just get this shit feeling if i continue posting my bb after  2hrs it doesnt matter if im card racking or card dead winning losing etc i just feel shit and at this point i must add im not some 24 tabling phenom i play a modest 4 tables max more often 3 to take notes etc so since im only playing few tables i dont clock many hands my winrate tho is more than it should be for my skill level but my hourly/monthly profit figure is shit

typically i would like to be able to play my a-game for 4 hrs (once again i must stress im not tilting due to running bad) generally i end up dusting off one buyin towards the end of 2 hrs by making the most horrendous fps play ever seen by mankind which is when i know its time to quit

any help appreciated i hope half of what i wrote above made sense :p

ps: i happen to have a copy of jarred tendlers mental game book which i havent read even a page off but if you nice folks recommend it i will read it cover to cover today
