how to handle FT &Stars $ now moving to U.S.

I must move to the states for an indeterminate time at the end of February. I have $ on both FT & Stars as well as in moneybookers/skrill - and none of these accounts are accessible from the states. Does anyone have any advice for me other than withdrawing?
The reason I'm hesitating withdrawing is the Stars deal in New Jersey - if they overcome the conditional veto, which I'm pretty confident will happen, should I just keep the $ there to prevent having to begin again with my account? (I can afford to leave it on there for several months.)
Also, if online's not made legal in the U.S. in the next 6 months say, and I need to get the $ off, anyone know if it's against Stars T&C's etc to have a mate in Europe log in my account and cash out into my account for me? Sounds iffy at first, but it's my poker account/my bank account so I can't see the ethical problem - as in, if I got hit by a bus, my heirs should still be able to get my measly bankroll :)

I would cashout everything to your bank accounts before hand. Once on US soil you can potentially get your account banned/locked if you log in from a US IP. You can still use skrill in the US as long as you are not a US resident, but you can't cashout to a US bank account, you may need to sell the funds on 2+2 for a bank transfer, the going rate for skrill is about 3%vig which is .97 cents for each dollar. hope this helps
