How to deal with downswings

How do you guys deal with downswings when you're also running under EV?

Since i started playing poker again in very late November:
http://i.imgur.com/eEpaQ.png?1 (Mix of NL2 to NL25 normal and rush tables.. but like 50% of it 10NL rush)

and this week:

and the EV line doesn't even show when i ran into huge coolers against recreational players.

read and upskill and look back what to improve, and if you are not winning thats solely cause of unsufficient skills which is good news if you realise that and take steps to do something about it, only good things infront of you:) so nothing to be sad about it

well those are some pretty small sample sizes so i wouldn't worry about it

that said - many times big downswings were great for my game! when i lose a bunch i take a break from playing and spend lots of time analyzing my play and opponents play and this always makes me a better poker player :)

just think of run bad as a kick in the ass you might need to work hard on your game

I like dowswings, after each one I get a better player because I study too much to get out of the abyss!
