Hello Fam,

I've been part of poker for the last 22 years and life kicked my ass for the last few so I stepped away from the game, but I would like to return. My situation is very complicated. I am coming out of long-covid and it's taken me 5 -6 years to regain function. I lived off the few hundred k I had saved up. Now, I make enough from side jobs to pay bills but my situation is rough- debt is maxed out and I have no extra income for a bankroll. I'm asking for ideas and help. I live in Austin Texas and can access live card rooms with excellent games and a few online options. I can't figure out how to get a roll going without extra money to spend. I am a long-term winner in MTT's and won multiple Sundays. I am a long-term winner in PLO and was beating up to 10/20 online and making a little over $1/hand for the last few years I played- about 1M hands on side sites. I game selected 6m and played most everyone HU. I am stuck and lost but have the fire and passion again for the game. I love to play and miss it a ton- I play hands in my dreams:). Any thoughts or input about how to get going would be much appreciated. How would you find $2,000 to get started and how would you run it up? Microstakes, mtt's, or shot take live cash at the Lodge. Maybe I could get some of that Doug Polk money in PLO:)
