Is there any books that people have read on how to be a good coach? I know the skill for coaching is different than the skill for playing. And it takes the mastery of both to be a good coach.

Also pricing. How does one decide on what hourly to offer? Sort of a tangent, but is it worth it to coach as in "a magician should never share her secrets"
