How do I overcome a slump?

Hey guys,

Recently poker has been going really bad for me. I've been playing extremely bad and lost a lot of my roll. I'm not quite sure if theres a specific reason as to why I'm playing bad/tilting, it might because bad beats or stress but I'm not exactly sure. 2 months ago I was playing really well but recently I've been making a lot of bad decisions and plays.

What are your guys tips to getting out of a slump and getting back on your A game? Should I take a short break from poker, like maybe 2 or 3 days off? Or should I just not play and focus on study/watching training videos? What's a common reason why people fall into slumps and start playing bad?

Any feedback and comments would be highly appreciated. I'm open to all criticism. Thank you :)
