Is it harder nowadays to build a bankroll with SNGs and MTTs on Pokerstars compared to the end of last year for micros?

It looks like all the MTTSNGs now have antes from the very beginning.

I don't see the micro capped MTTs either.

Which brings me to another question: how would you build a bankroll with around $350 on PS? I think I am better at MTTs than SNGs or Cash, but try to improve in each.
