Hi. I bought the hand2note edge subscription only to learn it is to me very unintuitive and requires knowledge of programming language.
So far it has been a total waste of money ( I know there is a free trial period, but so poorly explained I ended up going en-route through registration with payment as it is not clear that you should not, most similar services requires a registration and then cancellation in due time).

The site has so far proved little customer service friendly, I asked for instructions and have got none. The homepage offers at best an overview of features, but no instructions on hows apart from some short videos. No doubt and advanced program, but the hurdle to get into the gist of it is at the moment very irritating. Also I hate the feeling of being fucked, as I now must seek extra help and probable cost. Question is then: anyone proficient with hand2note giving instructions at a reasonable price?

Proper pissed off, but feel I should learn to use this program
