Goals thread: 3rd year playing seriously. Time to step it up!

Hey RIO. If you're in the game 4 the long run; Which do you pick to excel at, cash or mtt? What you think is the best way 2 mix them? Probably live cash is the juiciest for US players I'd imagine.

This is my 3rd year playing seriously. Its been a rocky road for sure. Taking another risky option to leave job with 6,000$ poker roll only after 6 month living expenses. Mainly because I know I can auto profit at small stakes, and my banking job got me used to that insane 75 hour work week.
Sticking to Bovada mainly .20-.50 cash and .50-1 cash and MTTs 33$ and under. My poker history:

Year 1: Getting coaching from a 1 million in earnings mtt grinder at age 18 then shipping MiniFtops ME then hopping into high stakes MTT is no way to start a poker career while taking 16-18 credits your 1st year of college.

Ended on 40k downswing from 70k score. Yearly results: +31,000$

Year 2: Post black friday: +13,000$ in mtts backed on US sites while graduating college

Year 3: Plan are just to pump the hours out. Its what I have to do, and I love the game. Lets face it, if its this time next year, and I had a shitty year, I'm going to officially be a huge bust who has to pursue a business job again with a bad resume. Time to step it up.

Alot of 70-80 hour weeks in a row with a week of rest inbetween. I'm looking at longer, more intensive study hours due to my off and on play since Black Friday. The games have gotten way better on Stars, I'm behind the curve, so I have to intensely outwork people.
Also, I have to increase study hours to get my muscle memory alot better and make the personal playbook effective as possible or I'm wasting my time with it.

Goals: Finish by the end of January: Finish reading the mental game of poker, start building a poker pyramid and playbook.

Yearly goals: Watch fewer videos this year and rely moreso on my own work and study, start coaching 1-2 very new players, dont go bust, increase my application skills and eventually learn how to use CREV and GTO better for when I attempt some high stakes stuff in 2016 again hopefully, finish the year with over 20,000$ in the bank.

Stop smoking pot because I'm not good enough to smoke it and crush. Stop being negative mentally outside of poker and letting it affect myself and those around me if I'M not accomplishing these goals.

Approach poker with this attitude every minute of play and study: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1BTeWyRTF60 because I don't want to be a HUGE bust at the game.

Will be posting some weekly results to motivate and stay true to myself because I'm obviously a bit of a degenerate, and grinding out the micros in a cheap ass APT isn't where I wanted to be at age 23 when I originally got lucky af at age 18 going on 19.

Ship it! GL this year every1.
