To this very minute, they have continued to ask for more, and more and when that was provided? They just stopped responding. Several other people posted about this same thing on the 2p2 forums but those posts, and accounts, were quickly deleted/banned.

Online poker is a huge fucking scam.

To this day, they just keep telling me to "be patient" and insist the money's just being "processed" by my bank, even though the bank says they've received nothing.

US Poker 2019 = RIP.

Now, 11 days after Global claims to have sent it, they send me another email:

If the bank information that we have is correct then there's no reason for the bank to hold the transaction. We highly suggest to contact your bank to check if there's any pending transaction with us with a merchant name WORLDPAY AP LTD ACH PAYMENT.

We will highly appreciate if you can also give us an update after you contact your bank.

If you ever need clarification or have questions, please let us know so we can provide further assistance.

Called the bank and checked everything submitted to Global originally: Not only did the bank receive nothing (ever) from this merchant, but Global definitely received the correct info and even had the account number shown on the photo of my most recent bank statement.

Confirmed! They don't pay out. Watch, they're going to say that they didn't receive the correct info and there's nothing they can do. Watch.

Talking to the bank, even if they sent it to the wrong place - it doesn't matter. They would have known about it as the wire simply would have been returned to them since the info wouldn't be correct/match. So they KNOW they haven't sent it yet and are playing a game. After it taking 4 days and all sorts of nonsense on 2p2 to get verified (they deliberately held that up) this is the very definition of a site stealing money. It couldn't just be me who's having a withdrawal issue right now.

It's fucking Lock Poker 2019. Don't tell me that's not a joke. They play a game for 2 weeks and continue it this morning by telling me to call the bank and find out what they already know? ....smh.

I have heard nothing back from them. Confirmed bullshit site.

Still, absolutely nothing from Global.

As you can see in the 2p2 thread, the rep who posts there asked me for the zendesk ticket (conversation with staff via email basically) # and I gave them that. This was at about 3:30am. Not one word in the thread or via email since.

Sorry for your troubles with this site. I have had no problems cashing out. I cashed out 4 times and I have gotten my money within 5 buisness days, sometimes faster. There was a process the first time when I had to send them identification but it was solved with a few email back and forth.
