If anyone of you is or knows someone who is a highstakes poker player who like me decided to stay in Germany and pay taxes, I’d like to exchange experiences and discuss the idea of going to the European constitutional court, in case the still open court case at the financial court will have a negative outcome for us in regards of pokerwinnings being taxed or not.
I’d appreciate any help. This thing has been stressing me out for years, we have no regulation whatsoever either, which makes it worse.
