Generalizing specific costs of collusion...

of say n players at the table sharing hole card information (where n is the max players besides hero).

This might be a very large question but it seems to be at the heart of the decentralization discussion.  If we can create a maximal cost of collusion, for certain types of it, we can then evaluate it vs todays game and evaltuate solutions for it.

Is it possible to put some numbers and variables to it?  Can we generalize it?
