Galfond video once a month query

I am on the $9.99 plan, but i can't seem to access my one Galfond video? Looking to add the 100/200 HUNL video - i tried to add it to my playlist but only can watch 2mins ?

Also if during a month i am not finding a vid by Phil that i want to watch (eg. they're all PLO which i don't play) can i save up and wait until a NL video i want to watch comes out in the next month? Thx
