+1, flux makes it so that once you look at a regular screen you will be confused as to why the fuck is someone attacking you with brightness 

I started using F.Lux about 4 months ago and I can really tell the difference. I used to have a really hard time falling asleep after grinding and now the issue is gone. My eyes also don't start burning anymore.
