How do the fishes come up with all the weird backwards lines?  Is there a fish school somewhere, where they go to refine all this weirdness?  I've been trying to understand the fish mentality for as long as I've played poker, and I just don't get it.  Maybe someone here can help me.

I can just imagine what the course outline at fish school would look like:

- Always 4- or 5x medium hands preflop in tournaments.  It folds out all monster hands, making your KTo the nuts.

- Overplay your medium hands always, that way you don't have to make any tough decisions.

- Never bet unless someone else bets first.  No matter what you have.

- Opponents are always trying to run you over with air.

- You're the only one dealt cards, so there's no point trying to think what others might have.

- Everyone shoves any 2 cards always.  So you can probably call with any 2 cards.

- When flopping a monster always check, otherwise you look too strong

- AK is the nuts and always hits an ace on the river.  Always shove AK preflop at any stack depth for this reason.

- Double suited hands (PLO) are always the nuts.  Doesn't matter what your opponent has.

- When facing a river check-raise, always call.  They're probably bluffing.

- Any 2 pair is a good hand in PLO.  Besides, they're always bluffing anyway.

- Always check when you have it and bet when you don't.  Just make sure to min bet, that way you lose the min.
