From the flop onwards, that's a bad beat.

But the way I like to view these hands is in their entire context. Whenever I botch a previous street and then end up getting into more trouble and/or losing stacks later on in the hand, I view the latter result as "punishment" for the first mistake. (Surprisingly, I basically always get into post-flop trouble when I do something stupid pre-flop). With that said, the bad beat here is basically punishment for coldcalling a 3-bet with 5433, which is surely very -EV. The lesson should be to fold pre-flop next time. This hand might look pretty but it's actually very poor, especially for coldcalling 3-bets OOP. You will not flop a strong hand often enough to pay this price pre-flop.
