Super sick and yeah they are a really cool company. They have a great twitter account (@SpaceX) that was giving awesome behind the scenes updates during their last launch.

WRT to your other thread Sam, I think it's important to note that a company like this would almost never let a random get through the door for a first interview if they didn't have a university degree. So get that degree first and then on your 2014 Vegas Trip i'll help you find a hottie American wife. Shouldn't be too hard since they will love your accent (and PLO skills of course). From there, we'll stop by Burning Man for your honeymoon on the way to the SpaceX offices in Southern California. Sound good mate?

And yes, I just invited myself along on your honeymoon.

brilliant haha. absoloutely. yeah I'm following there twitter account, really awesome stuff. thing is, spending 4 years getting a degree I only want for one job, which are not even considering hiring people without a green card atm is very... idk, difficult and ambitious to do. I emailed them over a week ago about internships and possibility of future jobs outside of USA but no response. And if I end up winning lots of money on the pokers, I can just have an awesome life atm, live in a sick house in thailand, consume some magical fungi and then purchase a 500k ticket and live on Mars, no?

And yeah, I hear the american girls love the brits who are very adept in the game of pot limit omaha. I'm pritty much a keeper

I told my brother that someday it would serve him well that I play poker! He's a materials engineer and so busy working all the time in one of the sub-contractors talked about in the article that I'm not sure he really knows about this. (too busy testing thingys in the whatchamacallit) If it turns out it's not valuable news to him I loved finding this out anyway!

This is really interesting. 36 billion for an 80k person settlement seems low. There's another company supposedly planning a less ambitious colonization of Mars through a reality TV program, the link is below. After centuries of nothing, all of a sudden there's a land grab!

Musk is a BOSS, Tesla tripled in value.  Solarcity he is more financially interested in.  I met a guy that said Musk found him....he found through some network that he posted record numbers for expansion of wind power.  He said he had Musk's recruiters in his office once a week for 6 weeks.  He is a machine that lets nothing stop him from getting what he wants
