I had a question about the $999 Annual Elite offer that is currently running. I'm interested in a sub + the bonus items, but I would not be ready to utilize an elite membership for another month or so.

Is there any way to purchase this offer but also delay the start of the Elite subscription, so that it does not begin until February or March?
