1 week ago i watched a video about 1-a and contructing ranges optimal headsup from vincent van den neste. How should i construct my default turn and river ranges?

my biggest leaks:

1.) overplaying AK im limped pots or get trapped in 3 bet pots and then walking back to houston.

2.) running into sets with 2 pair is my second most leak.

3.) Tilt
