Cash Game / Mental Erosion

Guys i need some help, it seems one of my biggest leaks is the fact that my mental game erodes significantly (if i get caught bluffing, or go an extended period of time without winning a significant pot (while stuck) Live Cash Game . I either switch to a fairly meek playing style clearly exploited by opponents. Or i suddenly am overplaying marginal hands, and trying to bluff in stupid stupid spots (in a deep Cash Games)
I need suggestions on How can decompose my mental erosion, in mid stream. or before Hands (which is more optimal ?) and Reestablish Sound Cognitive Poker Mindset while at the table. Clearly i need to execute reading of the "Mental Game of Poker Vol. 1 and 2" which i possess but am too lazy to read. I'm New to RIO so i welcome any constructive insight from my Fellow RIOers

To summarize your post:

a) You know your main leaks.

b) You hold very good tools to improve those leaks.

c) You claim you are too lazy to use these tools, and seek for help.

Do you realize how obnoxious your post is? I'm sorry to say this, but you can't just throw your problems to other people and expect a miracle. You have to put in the work and try to improve those weaknesses you've already identified you have. There is no short cut.

If you are too lazy to read books, hire a mental game coach, or watch videos. There's plenty of good FREE content out there if you just look for it.

Not sure if promoting other sites is allowed, but google Tommy Angelo, he's also a coach here at RIO.

As far as tilting you don't have good strategy to use in those spots.
You need a set of behaviours in that moment to execute (breathing patterns, sitting position, muscle relaxation, positive self talk etc.).
If you say you are to lazy it means you don't have a good reasoon to do it. Maybe you need to go busto or smth to work on yourself. If you don't care about you, why we would ?

I think you're speaking purely on a results perspective. Trying focusing on every single compound decision and damn the results. For example, you make a well attempted bluff based off of a good read and somebody calls very light or picks you off. Don't respond negatively to this. Look at how accurate you were in your justification to execute the bluff. Speaking on the significant pot part...be aware of sessions that you ran so hot any time you were in a pot you were flopping huge etc. The other side of that coin is not winning or running well. In those cases being able to win pots without smacking the deck is important. Try to get reads. Be attentive, watch betting patterns, when people show up with things how do they react. This information preps you for all future actions. Again, results be damned and just focus on maximizing each decision and sometimes...its just folding a lot.
