Topic pretty much sums it up, I have always been lazy when it comes to studying in poker but lately Im working on changing that. So what I am working on now is building a more complete gameplan and I have worked out my preflop ranges pretty much and how Im working on betting/checking ranges on different boards IP.

So what I have started with is I raise BU and BB defends and checks 100% of his range on the flop, flop comes high low low rainbow. So how to proceed from here is what Im wondering. How to figure out what to check back from a balance point of view, how much complete air to cbet etc. It doesnt have to too complex I want to keep it fairly simple to start.
