I'm curious if anyone else has had this experience with a crypto exchange specifically Blockchain.com. I use this exchange only for receiving payments for coaching from students. Today I received an email saying that my account was being closed for breaking TOS, but that they won't tell me what rule I broke. They said I have 24 hours to withdraw my funds, however I was storing those funds in their interest bearing accounts and those accounts have a 7 day holding period, which means I won't be able to withdraw before they confiscate.

My first assumption was "this is a scam", but it seems to have come from their official email and there also isn't any clear angle through which a scammer could exploit me. Support has been unresponsive. Has this happened to anyone else? I can't even think of something that I've done which could break TOS.
