If you are talking about creating a hud, I would recommend going with a trial and error method, spend some time on it. Keep the design in a logical way (works for most probably), but if that is not for you, find your way.

If you are talking about statistics, quiz yourself on stats that you think are important or that some of the top players mention often. Some of the even play without a hud.

Lay out a plan on what you think you need, what you think you know and then look for disconfirming evidence.

What game are you playing, what table size, which sites?
Why do I ask for table size? well, because you only have a certain amount of real estate at a table and thus, if you play full ring, you probably require a smaller hud with your stats navigated more towards pop ups.

I have worked with and on huds for long times over the years, there is a lot to do there.

Also, if you're looking for a coach, I would try to find one who seems like they know their way around their HUD numbers and uses them a decent amount but I wouldn't look for a coach to solely help you with your HUD. Most reasonably good coaches should be able to help you with your HUD in addition to regular coaching.

I agree with James, on the HM2 front, I am a PT4 user and fold vs probe stat is easily found there, it is a standard stat, so it should also be available in HM2.
