How many of you serious online grinders have invested in a backup internet connection? Is there a way to make the backup connection overtake the primary connection when it goes down seamlessly?

Some research has pointed me towards a Dual WAN router/switch.

Any idea if (during switch over) this would cause any ToS IP violation issues with PokerStars/other sites?
