Why is rake so high? Some of you might tell me that the site needs to make some money too, but think about it. Developing a poker software is way easier than a full scale MMO video game. Also the video game servers need to be a lot more expensive than the poker servers to properly run. Yet a monthly subscription to play MMOs is generally around 10 dollars, if you are a full time mid stakes player, you will most likely rake like 15k a month, which is insane.

I'd go as far as to say that rake does not need to be 1/10th of what it is. I seriously hope RIO will offer significantly better deals than PS did when they still had Supernova Elite (not saying that I expect 1/10th of rake though).
