I know there's some overlap between poker players and chess players (RIO pro Jen Shahade comes to my mind).  Which is not too surprising if you consider their similarities, although chess is fun even without wagering any money on it :)

I myself used to be a huge chess fan and am trying to come back to it lately.  If you are just like me, please post a reply here and who knows, we can play some correspondence chess ITT, or get something organised!
