Well, that hand doesn't tell you much about anything imo, it's better to look at the big picture, ie your stats.

If you are winning, a lot, you don't have to worry much. As your game evolve, so your stats will become looser.
Great reply. There's no point playing looser just for the sake of playing looser. It's possible you are merely projecting a mental game paranoia onto your strategy. "Am I a nit??" "Are they exploiting me??" "I have to be looser!" The fact is nobody gives a fuck about your strategy at 50z. I'd advice you to keep studying the game and you'll automatically find spots to open up your range to maximally exploit your opponents. GL.
River bet is not good, do you fold better(if so than rarely)? Get called by worse - No.
A station like me might call you down with A high here. I think it's a fine value bet.
probably sizing too big for 6x. Essentially we want to go less polar (I assume we have TT-88 at high % as flop check) turn/ or river.
