Advice on were to start with learning tools

Hey guys I know I haven't posted much on this site, mostly because I don't feel like my technical understanding is up to par with most other posters here. So hopefully I can get some advice from some of the well respected members, even though I haven't contributed much myself. In the future when I feel like I have something to offer, I will do my best to pay it forward. I have been a winning NL, PLO, and PLO8 player for about 3-4 years now and I have an interest in learning all games. I have mostly been improving through RIO videos, reading material, discussing poker with players I respect, and of course putting in ungodly amounts of hours playing. I'm to the point now where I don't think I'll improve much more without the help of some kind of learning tool software. My question is just were to start, so I can do some serious off the table work. What program or programs would be best for someone who has never worked with these tools before. Thanks in advance for any help.
