Hi Team, today I see a big red banner on top of RIO: "Free Essential ... until October 30th".

I think 'cool', as I'm mostly tired today and cannot play much, ' let me check the essential videos' out as I don't even know who's who anymore. Soon after doing this, I get 'Your account is temporarily locked as you have been requesting too many videos'...

There goes the promo I guess. I briefly saw a 'Contact us' link with the message but too late, I had closed that already. What can we do?
